My name is Bianca Gardner. I am a Certified Life Coach and Weight Loss Coach, Personal Trainer, and Fitness Instructor.  

My story is long, but what I can tell you is that I haven't always been fit and healthy!

I was an overweight kid from a low income family, and my teenage/young adult years were riddled with bad choices. 

In my mid-twenties, I finally decided to take control of my life and make some changes, but it was LONG road to where I am now. 

I knew that I wanted to work in fitness and inspire others, so I became a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. 

And after working in the fitness industry for more than 15 years, I was able to make a lot of positive changes.

However, it wasn't until I was almost 40, that I finally found the secret to not only being in the best shape of my life, but also LOVING myself through the process.

I lost "the last 10 pounds" and I've kept it off for 3 years, without feeling deprived. 

I also went from a nightly wine drinker to a take it or leave it, every other week kind of girl... Which is HUGE for me. 

But all of this is because I did the inner work to heal myself. 

True happiness and health are not found in the latest diet or exercise trend. 

In order to find what is holding you back physically, mentally, and emotionally, you must be vulnerable enough to embark on a journey of personal growth, mindfulness, and self-discovery.
